Preparation Ingredients
Drain the candied orange rind
Temper dark origin couverture Tanzanie
Coat the candied orange in it
Leave to crystallise  
Dip the candied orange with  cocoa powder Plein Arôme to half of their height
Shake off the excess  

Use cocoa powder Plein Arôme to get a beautiful reddish colour for your confectionery needs
