Our RaRe Chocolates Collection represents the commitment Cacao Barry© has towards guaranteeing the future availability in thand diversity of the finest and most unique cocoa.

With the desire to continue to bring farmers and Chefs together, we have created this 74% bold and limited edition dark chocolate couverture from the plantation called "Hacienda La Esmeralda" located in the Dominican Republic.

The plantation belongs to the Rizek family.  They have been leading the way since 1905 for the production of the finest organic cocoa beans in Dominican Republic. Their beans were honoured by the International Cocoa Awards organization by receiving the "Cocoa of Excellence" award in 2013.
