Chef competition Sol over Gudhjem 2017

Sol Over Gudhjem was once again held on the island Bornholm and Cacao Barry was the sponsor of the Dessert competition. Jesper Foldager from Nobis hotel, Casper Sundin from Nordlandet and Tommy Friis from Fru Larsen were the participants. 

The winner was Jeppe Foldager who made a beautiful dish. The first dish was baked rhubarb with dark chocolate cream made of Mi-Amere, licorice, wild herbs and anise herbs. The second dish was pickled rhubarb, with our white Zephyr chocolate made as a cream with kefir, elderflower and rosemary. The dessert had to contain minimum 2 kinds of Cacao Barry chocolate. Additionally it had to contain Essens Kefir from Arla Unika, rhubarb from Bornholm, minimum one product from Lakrids By Johan Bülow and one secret element.
