Preparation Ingredients
Melt at 35°C 140 g milk chocolate couverture Ambre JavaTM
Mix with 400 g Praline Favorites d'Autrefois  
100 g Hazelnut Paste
Add 60 g powdered roasted hazelnuts
20 g powdered milk
