Extra brute cocoa powder gives a beautiful copper colour to your cocoa biscuit.

160 g granulated sugar |
| Sieve | 120 g flour
120 g cocoa powder Extra Brute |
| Mix together | |

| Cook for about 10 minutes at 200°C |
