Marble cake

Recipe for 6 cakes (length 5.51 in., width 2.36 in.) 

Preparation Ingredients
Mix together  400 g Mycryo® cocoa butter
875 g caster sugar
Heat slightly in order to obtain a cream texture   
Add 650 g eggs
875 g flour
30 g baking powder
675 g full cream milk
195 g cocoa powder Plein Arôme
10 g boiron lemon zest
Bake at 160°C for 1 hour  
Bake at heart at 100°C with a probe thermometer  

The powder Plein Arôme gives a beautiful cocoa color to biscuits
