| Mix together | 400 g Mycryo® cocoa butter
875 g caster sugar |
| Heat slightly in order to obtain a cream texture | |
| Add | 650 g eggs
875 g flour 30 g baking powder 675 g full cream milk 195 g cocoa powder Plein Arôme 10 g boiron lemon zest |
| Bake at 160°C for 1 hour | |
| Bake at heart at 100°C with a probe thermometer |
