Preparation Ingredients
Heat and mix all the ingredients 500 g fine-granulated sugar
125 g invert sugar
150 g cocoa powder Plein Arôme
1700 g pure water
10 g sorbet stabiliser
Refrigerate them for a minimum of 12 hours  
Churn the sorbet
