| Prepare a custard with | 100 g whole milk
35 g egg yolks 65 g sugar 15 g custard powder |
| Afgter cooking, add | 35 g Mycryo® cocoa butter
40 g green pistachio paste |
| At 30°C, add | 240 g whipped cream |
