A tailor-made “Chocolate Academy” with the image of Cacao Barry, which will enable you to develop your passion and your creativity.

The courses are brilliantly orchestrated by Philippe Bertrand (MOF Chocolatier), and Philippe Marand, in collaboration with many MOF. Guest instructors bring their expertise and know-how on sales strategy, merchandising, art, etc. Specialists from Cacao Barry’s Research & Development and Quality divisions will lead you in introductory tasting of pure cocoas of different origins and advise you on inventory storage, product stabilization and other technical aspects of chocolate.

You will learn the tricks which facilitate the work and you will discover new recipes which will make your customers just “a little” greedier. Recipe sheets, seminars and demonstrations are provided to supplement the whole range of services offered by the Chocolate Academy.
