Located at the company’s Canadian headquarters in St. Hyacinthe, Quebec, the Chocolate Academy reflects our commitment to users and lovers of chocolate.  

Chocolate theory is taught in an innovatively designed classroom to optimize collaboration and communication between participants. Chefs and lecturers make their presentations with the help of modern educational facilities and high-tech audiovisual equipment. 

The facilities are carefully designed to let each individual follow and grasp the techniques being taught by the Chef. Advice and tricks of the trade are presented so that each person fully understands the process and finishes with “delicious” results.
