| Blanch | some green vegetables |
| Leave to cool | |
| Pan-fry | the oyster mushrooms |
| Coat the vegetables with | rehydrated Mycryo® cocoa butter |
| Pan-fry in a wok | all the vegetables |
| Season with | Szechwan pepper |
Sauteed Cod
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Mix | Mycryo® cocoa butter
the breadcrumbs the star anise the chopped Gruyere |
| Apply to the back of the cod | |
| Put to one side cold |
Vinaigrette
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Reduce | the juice of the citrus fruit |
| Add | the balsamic vinegar |
| Emulsify with | Mycryo® cocoa butter |
