Ingredients:
Cacao Emulsion

Sauteed Bananas
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Cut | the bananas into 2 cm rounds |
| Make a caramel with | brown sugar
Mycryo® cocoa butter |
| Coat each round for a few minutes | |
| Prepare skewers with | 3 rounds
half a vanilla pod |
Sauteed Foie Gras
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Cut | the foie gras into scalops |
| Season and coat with | Mycryo® cocoa butter |
| Put to one side cold | |
| Sauté each side for 45 seconds | |
| Put to one side hot |
Tuile grué de cacao
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Melt | some Mycryo® cocoa butter |
| Fold inthe elements | |
| Leave to stand for 30 minutes | |
| Spread out on baking paper and cook it in a hot oven | |
| Mould at will |
