- Mycryo® Cocoa Butter cocoa butter
Earl grey semolina with white chocolate
Recipe for 8 portions
Pipe out your dessert and add a caramelised Arlette on top
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Bring to a boil | 500 g full cream milk |
| Infuse for 10 minutes | 4 g earl grey tea |
| Add | 50 g sugar |
| With | 40 g semolina |
| Cook approximately 12 minutes | |
| Add | 75 g white chocolate Blanc Satin™ |
Strawberry caramelised rhubarb
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Caramelise | 55 g sugar |
| Deglaze | 220 g strawberry pulp |
| Beforehand mix the rhubarb with | the Mycryo® cocoa butter |
| Add | 20 g chopped rhubarb
55 g Mycryo® cocoa butter |
| Cook together 3 to 4 minutes |
