Ingredients:

Earl grey semolina with white chocolate

Recipe for 8 portions

Pipe out your dessert and add a caramelised Arlette on top

Preparation Ingredients
Bring to a boil 500 g full cream milk
Infuse for 10 minutes 4 g earl grey tea
Add 50 g sugar
With 40 g semolina
Cook approximately 12 minutes  
Add 75 g white chocolate Blanc Satin™

 

Strawberry caramelised rhubarb

Preparation Ingredients
Caramelise 55 g sugar
Deglaze 220 g strawberry pulp
Beforehand mix the rhubarb with the Mycryo® cocoa butter
Add 20 g chopped rhubarb
55 g Mycryo® cocoa butter
Cook together 3 to 4 minutes
