Ingredients:

Recipe for individual trays 60 x 40 cm: 3500 g

Preparation Ingredients
Melt to 40/45°C 
300 g dark chocolate Force NoireTM
250 g butter
Pour in 400 g granulated sugar
Whisk without beating  
Sieve and add 200 g flour pinch fine salt<br>5 g baking powder
As well as 150 g Drops<br>150 g chopped walnut
Bake at 150°C, in a convection oven for 30 - 35 minutes closed key
