Recipe for individual trays 60 x 40 cm: 3500 g
| Preparation | Ingredients |
| Melt to 40/45°C

300 g dark chocolate Force
NoireTM
250 g butter |
| Pour in | 400 g granulated sugar |
| Whisk without beating | |
| Sieve and add | 200 g flour pinch fine salt<br>5 g baking powder |
| As well as | 150 g Drops<br>150 g chopped walnut |
| Bake at 150°C, in a convection oven for 30 - 35 minutes closed key |
