The Chocolate Weekly 20 - 2015

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2015 will take place between 19-23 May at the Royal Hospital. Like every year some of the best pastry chefs in London have created stunning desserts to serve them in a special Chelsea Flower Show dedicated Afternoon Tea which will be served between 18-24 May. Here are some of them:

The Langham’s Palm Court will be transformed into the perfect setting for a spring afternoon tea. Taking inspiration from Laurent-Perrier’s annual designer garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show it will include also a glass of Champagne or a non-alcoholic cocktail and wonderful pastries created by the executive pastry chef Cherish Finden and her team.

Amuse bouche – Red pepper brûlée with pine nuts

Speciality sandwitches

London cured smoked salmon with whipped brie and rocket – Corn-fed chicken with tarragon mustard and plum tomato – Burford Brown free range egg and mustard cress – Smoked mountain ham with Comté cheese and white truffle oil – Cucumber with cream cheese and chives

Selection of scones from the Palm Court Bakery served with Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry preserve
