Chef Enric Monzonis took inspiration from the popular, familiar and comforting tastes of traditional chocolates. Focusing on the chocolate and nuts flavours, he has created a collection of three recipes of Turrón that will please everyone, using Pralinés and Gianduja. The final result is the combination of the two concepts: melted chocolate in a crunchy nougat.
