Born in Celaya, Guanajuato, Spanish Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, Juan Mari embarked on the Or Noir adventure in March 2021 by creating EKHI GOLD, an organic dark chocolate.
"Chocolate created from cocoa beans of two different origins, Madagascar and Peru, 100% traceable from localized plantations. A fusion of two plantations separated by thousands of kilometers for the palate of the customers.
