Rediscover the cacaofruit

Yes, chocolate comes from fruit!

Today 70% of cacao fruits go to waste, which means that only the beans are used to produce chocolate. Cacao Barry WholeFruit up-cycles an additional 25% of the cacao fruit by utilizing the excess pulp that is usually discarded as its sugars come from it, that in turn offers farmers an additional revenue stream.

Cacao Barry partners with Cabosse Naturals to introduce WholeFruit chocolate. For more information about Cabosse Naturals and its cacao fruit pulp, juice and concentrate product range, visit www.cabossenaturals.com. Cabosse Naturals is a member of the Up-cycled Food Association.
