Adriano Zumbo is one of Australia’s most celebrated patissiers. He gain even wider fame by participating in the first series of Masterchef Australia and creating the "Zumbo's Just Desserts" series on Netflix. Author of "Zumbo" and "Zumbarons", he's globaly recognized for his signature macarons. He's a Cacao Barry Ambassador for Australia since 2012.
