Cookcoeur

Jen Philippe D’Hont, « alias Cookcoeur », is an artistic director. He was born into a family of bakers and was surrounded by the scenes and scents of the kitchen from an early age. His passion for drawing and his early pastry experiences led him to begin creating his “watercolor pastries” in 2017. Through his creations, Cookcoeur showcases the talents of pastries chefs  such as Ramon Morato, Martin Diez, Wielfried Hauwel, Philippe Bertrand, Miquel Guarro, Mathieu Dierinck, Jerome Landrieu, Jeremy Grovalet and Nicolas Dutertre.   His art allows us to enter into the chefs’ world of flavours.
