Step into our 200m² “Cacao Barry® Experience” space where we showcase our craftsmanship and rich heritage to life, featuring a chronological frieze of the journey since our founding in 1842. The dynamic timeline that highlights our legacy of iconic creations and products. This immersive space also celebrates our dedication to innovation, collaboration, and connection with the international chefs community.
We designed the Creative Space to fuel creativity, encourage brainstorming and drive innovation. Inspired by the cacao fruit, this visually and sensorially engaging environment acts as an incubator of ideas, where tradition and modern thinking meet to shape the future of chocolate.
We built our new headquarters with sustainability in mind. From energy-efficient management to eco-friendly materials and green construction practices, every element reflects Cacao Barry®’s commitment to building a more responsible, sustainable future for chocolate.

A Hub for Chocolate Professionals !
Spanning 800m², the Chocolate Academy™ France welcomes chefs and artisans from all over the world. Supported by leading partners and fully equipped with cutting-edge tools, the Academy delivers hands-on training, tailored solutions, and collaborative experiences across all sectors of the industry.
We host artisan training programs, prestigious competitions like La Cuillère d’Or and the World Chocolate Masters, the Best Cookie Contest co-created with Laura Todd, distributor events, co-creation workshops, masterclasses, and live demonstrations. Barry Callebaut chefs and Ambassadors share their expertise to help clients push their creative boundaries.
The Academy includes a 170m² professional training lab and a fully equipped demonstration room for up to 50 participants. With panoramic views of the surrounding park, the space offers a full immersion in the world of fine chocolate.

Outfitted with professional barista equipment, this space is perfect for demos and co-creation sessions, blending the art of coffee and chocolate in drinks innovation.
We designed the “Chocolat Gourmand” area to welcome customers eager to explore the full potential of our Van Houten Ground Chocolate range, developed specifically for hot and cold beverage applications. Fully equipped with professional barista equipment, this space is perfect for live demonstrations and co-creation sessions with our experts. It blends the craft of coffee and chocolate, unlocking limitless possibilities for innovative beverage creations.
