Puff pastry for sports hero At all times, the hero is defined as a person distinguished by his actions but also his courage. For sports heroes we talk more about their physical abilities, performing physical feats for this I created this recipe to support sports people. I used oats which are rich in iron, calcium, phosphor, magnesium, potassium and many other minerals. I also did not put in a lot of sugar. Puff pastry for the youngsters There is a gap between this generation and the one before. They have original, bold and different ways of doing things. They like to have fun and they like to show it to the whole world via TikTok or through their own social networks. I created a well-decorated puff pastry that contains a good taste with a chocolate delight. Puff pastry for elderly people It is said that a lot of sugar causes diseases especially for the elderly people. Since I am a pastry chef, I wanted to create a recipe that contains sweet and savory but in a healthy way. I used in this recipe coffee beans and semolina sugar and cheese to have balance and become a permissible delight.
