Prepare a dough
Roll until you have a thickness of 2,5mm
Fold in the desired mold
Bake at 200°C for minutes

    Coconut sugar
  • 90 g
    corn starch
  • 25 g
    vanilla syrup
  • 300 g
    avocado puree
  • 100 g
    lime juice and zest
  • 80 g
    olive oil

Heat the almond milk together with coconut sugar and vanilla syrup.

Add a small amount of almond milk to the cornstarch and add it to step 1.

Bring this mixture to a boil.

Add the rest of the ingredients.
