For over 40 years, the Cacao Barry® brand, a symbol of excellence and innovation, and Lenôtre, a prestigious name in gastronomy, have combined their talents to create a range of elegan chocolates. The products in the range are designed to meet the specific requirements and needs of the most demanding Artisan Chefs.
Cacao Barry® challenged 3 pairs of chefs to develop 10 exclusive recipes using the products created by the two companies:
- Guy Krenzer, M.O.F. Chef, Creative Director and Executive Chef at Lenôtre for 13 years, & Philippe Bertrand, MOF, chocolate maker and confectioner and Director of the Chocolate Academy™ France.
- Jean-Christophe Jeanson, MOF, Patissier and Assistant to Guy Krenzer at Maison Lenôtre, & Wielfried Hauwel, Director of the Chocolate Academy in Russia.
- Stéphane Chichéri, Director of at the Lenôtre Professional College & Philippe Muzé, Chef Patissier at the Chocolate Academy™ France.
