Our French Ambassador Jean-Michel Perruchon, Director of the Bellouet School and MOF Pastry Chef, along with the Cacao Barry team joyfully volunteered in the kitchen for a magical event at Refettorio last Tuesday.

 

Refettorio Paris is an inspiring community kitchen located in the crypt of the stunning church of La Madeleine, in the heart of Paris. Chefs Blandine Paris @blandineprs and Marine Beulaigue @marine.beulaigue with a dedicated team of volunteers transform everyday surplus ingredients into healthy and delicious three-course meals served to people in situations of social vulnerability.


On Tuesday evening, we had the pleasure of preparing and serving meals to 75 guests from the L’Etoile association, Copains association and Périchaux welcome center from the @depaulfrance association.
