Choco-Inspiration: Jordi Roca and his living dessert


Jordi Roca, who was this year at the World’s 50 best restaurants awarded as the world’s best pastry chef, is for sure one of the most innovative pastry chefs in the world. As pastry chef of the famous Catalonian restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, he is together with his brothers Joan Roca (the chef) and Josep (sommelier) creating a wonderful culinary story enriched with passion, talent and great knowledge.
