A Cacao Barry descobriu que há enzimas específicas naturalmente presentes nas plantações, as quais revelam os sabores mais puros intensos em cada grão de cacau. Graças ao processo Q-Fermentation™, os produtores selecionam enzimas naturais e as adicionam aos grãos de cacau, criando uma fermentação robusta e homogênea.

Todos os produtores são selecionados e formados de acordo com as melhores práticas agrícolas e aplicam o tratamento único necessário para obter esses sabores intensos e ousados. Due to the blending of carefully selected fine cacao from trusted partners, our experts are able to offer a single origin range with each bringing a regularity of bespoke, tasting notes.
