HISTORY

The first coffee trees were planted in 1881 and cocoa cultivation began at the same time. Little by little, the cultivation of the cocoa tree is implanted in Ivory Coast, and of the Indénié and the Lagunes where it was initially confined, it gradually extends towards the Central and Western regions.
The cacoyer meets in the forest area of Ivory Coast excellent conditions of development.
