Bring to boil

Let the dough rest in a cool place for 1 hour
Roll out the dough to 3mm
Cutting to size

Red bean paste insert and K d’Arôme

    Cooked red beans
  • 1.8 oz
    caster sugar

Blend

    Neutral oil (type sunflower)

Dry on low heat
Add

Dry again to desired texture

Let the bean paste rest in a cool place

 

Place a ball of K D'Arôme red bean paste in the center of the Moon Cake dough, then using a press, form the Moon Cake

Cuire Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C
Take the Moon Cakes out of the oven
Brown with egg yolk
Put back in the oven for 5 minutes until they are nicely colored

Once cooled, sprinkle with Extra Brute cocoa powder
