What were the key elements in your decision to choose the OR NOIR™ concept?
"By creating our own chocolate, we not only wanted to differentiate ourselves from the current market, but also to offer our customers, whose preferences we are aware of, a unique product. Our customers were impatient to test the flavours created in the OR NOIR™ laboratory."
What has been the success, in the light of expectations?
"The OR NOIR™ project is dedicated to top-of-the-range chocolate manufacturers. We think that this is the future. Over the long term, I can see that the effort that goes into preparing these unique products and getting them to our customers has paid off. Customers prefer to buy one or two bonbons, but they are looking for something made using the best raw materials."
